The Boys & Girls Club

The Boys & Girls Club of the Crescent Region desired new web content to bring together multiple branches. As a creative marketer, I used supplied footage to create graphics and reports for use across their sites and social media platforms.

This project was a part of Creatathon, a 24 hour creative marketing marathon, I participated in this past fall. As a team, we recognized issues with campaign confusion, website UX issues, and outdated graphics.

During our quick turnaround, we produced mockups for a new look for their website, a new campaign “Beyond the Bell”, and a simplified annual report. Their current campaign, “Beyond the Blue Door”, did not resonate with us and we found it to be confusing for an afterschool care nonprofit. “Beyond the Bell” was a new way of talking about the many services and activities they provide after the “school bell.” With their strong branding colors and logos, we developed brochures, flyers, and social media posts surrounding this new campaign.
